This place is absolutely amazing. I've been here for three full days now and have loved every minute of it.
Day 1- Just touched down in London town.
After getting to my new home at 27 Palace court, I had to attempt to fight the jet lag. Several of us headed out to explore London and get Indian food at our Professors suggestion. We walked around until we finally found Khan. There was a quote from the restaurant that says, "If you have not been to Khan's, you have not been to London." Obviously we had to eat there. After lunch, we walked around the Notting Hill area and saw where the Portobello Market is held every Saturday. Apparently it's the largest antique market in the world.

After dinner, Anne, Liz, Nikki and I went to see Big Ben! I took them on a Rick Steves walking tour. It was a great way to see London on our first night!
Day 2- Exploration time!
Our professor sent all of us out on an exploration exercise around London. We went to Buckingham Palace, Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrod's, Trafalgar Square and had lunch in Hyde Park. After dinner a group of us went to Hyde Park to work on our reading assignment. We didn't really get much reading done because we got distracted by a squirrel...and the beauty of Hyde Park......but mostly just the squirrel.
Day 3- Let the learning begin.
Classes began this morning and it is sure to be an amazing semester. Living with your professors definitely makes for a new dynamic. No BYU professor has ever even known my name, yet now I live in the same flat as my three professors. They are all fabulous and really passionate about what they teach. After classes we went shopping! I am in LOVE with Primark. It is an amazing store. Everything is super cute and super cheap. It's fabulous!!! I fear I will spend to much there.
That's it for now.
Cheers
